Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your subscription to SkyNotes premium features and services (skynotesapp.com), operated by aktivbrain LLC.

Subscription Plans

SkyNotes offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium features including:

• Extended recording time limits
• Advanced AI transcription and summarization
• Priority processing
• Export capabilities
• Additional storage capacity

Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions renew 24 hours before the current period ends
• Auto-renewal can be turned off in your Apple ID account settings

Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. During the trial:

• You have access to all premium features
• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends
• If not cancelled, your subscription will automatically begin
• Previous subscribers may not be eligible for additional free trials

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to premium features until the current billing period ends
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
• Your account will revert to the free tier after expiration

Changes to Subscription Terms

We may modify subscription pricing or features. Existing subscribers will be notified of changes and given the option to cancel before new terms take effect.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. For more information, see our Refund Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary service interruptions do not extend subscription periods.

Fair Use Policy

Subscriptions are intended for personal use. Excessive usage that impacts service performance may result in account limitations.
