End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and aktivbrain LLC ("Company") and governs your use of the SkyNotes app ("Software").

License Grant

Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software.

Ownership

The Software is owned by aktivbrain LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you violate any terms.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
